Location
Our office is located on the second floor of the T3 building in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis.
T3 is set back from Washington Avenue.
To access the building, turn south off of Washington Avenue into a driveway that is directly east of the railroad bridge. T3 is at the end of the driveway behind the Dock Street Flats apartment building.
Alternatively, the building is accessible from North 3rd Avenue, turning right past the Traffic Zone building.
Parking
Hourly parking is available next to the building, or on Washington Avenue or North 3rd Avenue.
Public Transit
T3 is two blocks away from the Target Field light rail station and adjacent to the Cedar Lake Bike Trail.
